Non-desigers often see stuff like this and for whatever reason they think it must be easy to do. It’s not. It requires many, many hours of very detailed work. Even a simple Photoshop project can take well over 10 hours, and I’m sure some of these images took hundreds of hours to put together, and that’s only if they have both the creative and technical skills to pull it off.

There is no Photoshop Filter for “Awesome”. As with most good art, there are no shortcuts. Just long hours, hard work, and in the end, hopefully something amazing.
